Advertisement saids 60 days free when sign up but did not inform about termination fee

Warning, do not paid anything at the beginning otherwise will cause finacial problems.

Daddis Gyms' staffs gave an impression that I could trust them but it was just misinformation and withholding information.

Staff said, " There will be 60 days free when you sign up but there will be a fee after the trial period is over and if you were to cancel after those 60 days (termination fee). But it wasn't, you were to paid the fee within those 60 days as well.

"I would be more then happy to let you know your cancellation options. First of all, you are always able to place your account on hold for a couple months to sort things out, will this help at all? If not then you can transfer your membership to anyone for no charge, if you do I can give an additional month for free to whoever takes over the membership to sweeten the deal. Otherwise you can terminate your contract early by opting to pay the cancellation fee which is 1/3 of the remaining balance owed on your account. Please let me know how you would like to proceed"
