Google Dr. Philip Young before using the services of this guy and you shouldn't be fooled by levels. I'll be publishing images of the marks he quit me with all around the internet soon. This is a criticism from another client available on Ripoff Record.

I thought we would opt for Dr. Small since it seems he is double-board certified. Additionally after watching my nose he was really assured he might repair it. It was my next nose surgery also it was a complete reconstructive surgery using rib cartaledge. Dr. Small statements he has the same instruction whilst the top nose surgens on the planet.

Dr. Young doesn't have expertise like a nose doctor. Their expertise is in fraud. From the four doctors he's undoubtedly the worst. I need one to remain far-away out of this hair in sheeps clothing.
