I'm exceedingly disappointed using the outcomes of my rhinoplasty (nose surgery). Dr. Barnett conducted the surgery based on what he thought could be greatest, i.E. Didn't pay attention to me. He concentrated the link of my nose; and also the suggestion, the component I needed decreased, really arrived bigger because of the development of scarring. Our nose is much more excessive today. I've no idea why he concentrated the link of my nose. After I told him I had been disappointed he agreed to boost the dimension of my nose by which makes it stand out more to be able to create the end appear smaller. That's a ridiculouse concept! That we told him (in more subdued language). Then he explained my nose fits me which it'll appear better as time goes on (not the case observing how it was annually following the surgery).
