Ripoff False advertisement liars just want your money bad back huh

We went to a Home and Garden show in Newark, Ohio on March 28th. I went to a booth for Bafford Chiropractic, they were giving free massages and exrays of your spine. My husband and I both got them done.

We had an appointment on March 31 to get our massages done and when we went in we got exrays of our spines. That day we didn't get anything else done. On April 1 he had us come back in to read our results and when he was done he went right into the payment plans.

We both told him that we could not afford the payment and then he told us that Connie could help us out with that. He then adjusted our backs and put us on the massage table for 15 mins.

The doctor then told us that he needed the rest of our spine pictures. I asked if we had to pay and he said that it was included in the free package.

On april 2 We had another appointment. I called a head of time and told them that we would have to cancel the appointment because once again we could not afford it. On April 9 I recieved a letter stating that we owe them money of $170.00 for the services that we had done.

On June 1 I received a small claims complaint letter stating that we now owe them $221.00. I called the small claims department in Licking County and they told me that there was no claim on us. The lady asked us if we had a claim number? I said no.

There was no Judge signature, seal, Court date and no case number and that the small claim looked like a copy. The lady told me that the company shouldn't have that paper and that I should've got a supena from the court. Which we didn't get.

So if your ever at a home and garden show and they are there beware.investigation is ongoing at this time.
