Star plus false advertising

My sister has has superior star plus. They sent a letter stating she got all these new extra services now. They tell you to call the 800 number to find out about them. When you do this, you find out she isnt entitled to what they are claiming. So why do they even send her this letter? Is This a scam to get money from the Gov? She needs dental help bad and new glasses. The last pair she got was made incorrectly.

I guess they give the irregular frames to the medicade/star plus patients. Her glasses sit on her face crooked. She has lots of trouble seeing out of them because of the bifocal line. They should have told her they were irregulars. So what is the problem? I got the impression they are making up all the so called extra services to get more money. If they are really providing the services they are claiming then they should also send all the correct info to go along with them! This needs to be investigated. Thank you
