Scammed me, did not return my funds

I wanted to try the two week trail of well tabs, and when I called I had to stay on hold for more than 10 minutes listening to an automated system. They said that the call was recorded so I thought well atleast if I want it cancelled I can say why and they have the proof.

When I called to cancel my order (because they told me I was going to be charged $29.95 for a 4 month version, then billed 89.99 after 30 days) I kept getting the run around and no one actually answered any of my questions. She would just repeat herself over and over again just like the machine.

Everytime I called it is always the same woman (Ashley) who answers and I find that to be very awkward, when I called to cancel she told me I cannot cancel until they got the product back. So when I sent it back I waited two weeks to call them back and yesterday I spoke with Ashley again and she told me they have no records of me sending the merchandise back. But when I called a second time (and Ashley answered again) I gave her my confirmation code and tracking number, proof that I sent the package back.

All of a sudden I received a new story, I now had to wait until Tuesday evening or Wednesday evening of this week and my funds would be returned because they NOW had a record of canceling my order Feb. 21st, when I was told I could not cancel.

When I asked for a confirmation code to prove I had cancelled and would not be billed again, she told me they do not give out confirmation codes. When I asked for all of my information to be deleted from the system and I will NEVER be interested in their products again, I was told they cannot delete me from the system...

I have never EVER dealt with a company who does not give out direct numbers to customer service and who does not give out confirmation codes to save their own behinds.

I had to change all of my bank account information so they would not have any access to it. Please be ware they will scam you.
