Its pacific healthcare it has a prompt that calls ands says total health care you press one to speak to live person and they say they sent out a healthcare enrollment form that they never did cuz they ask for first and last name all they have is your phone number then they try to get you qualified asking six different questions your age your household income but they really just care that you have a checking account and then they tell you its to save 15 to 80 percent on dr visits prescriptions etc to find out the card is no better then a free card from united way so after all that they get you to enrollment rep who is exactly a closure trying to get you to join it was on nbc news dateline sponsored as scam to elderly an theirs two companies doing the same thing
