Ripoff took my money and didn't send me what I ordered

I ordered an item from this company on May 14th. They took my money out of my account and I haven't yet recevied what I ordered. A week after that, their site said athurities shut down site. I tried calling and calling but nothing but a busy signal. I called the Miami Police Dept and they didn't want to get involved. They have not returned my $149.00 and no one can reach them, but the police told me there is a drug store at that address. Someone needs to see to it that we get our money back asap.
