After confirming my prescription 2 weeks later still no glasses

I waited 3 months for my spectacles, i named, attempted the internet talk as well as e mailed them, got no reaction. The only real conversation I really could get from their store was through FaceBook. They mentioned they had a need to verify my prescription despite the fact that I did so it many times throughout the checkout procedure. They claimed they delivered an email, and waited a couple of days (3 months). After confirming my prescription 14 days later however no spectacles. I've submitted a Using The BBB and my Charge Card business.
