Massage Envy took money with NO authorization

My daughter offered to pay for a one year massage program for me, I was unemployed and needed a lift. That is where the nightmare began! After the first time they called and demanded a payment for services not rendered I started reading reviews! Well the year is over, I verified and verified that it was canceled and today I was charged for another month. My account would have been overdrawn had I not caught it!

I filled out the cancellation paperwork 6 months ago, called 4 times to get a copy mailed and went in, each time asking, they said it could not be located and they would mail it. Never happened, I went in and waited AT the counter until it was found, they could not locate it, they hand wrote another one with a gurantee it was canceled. I called and made the last payment with a new card and told them NOT to put is on file, well guess what, the mental giants put it on file without authorization, charged it without authorization, and now it in just 10 days I could get my money back.

They are a dishonest bunch, poorly run, why can they find the contract and not the cancellation? Gee that would benifit anyone who is dishonest.

Do not do business with them!
