Mountain Rose Herbs
Poor customer service and no idea when you might receive an orde

I have dealt with Mountain Rose Herbs for a number of years and always believed in their products. Never really cared much for the customer service, but put up with it because of good product even though it seemed like they were always to busy along with their customer service.

Lately orders are being sent later and later with no indication of when they would ship or if it would be anytime soon. Herbs are a time sensitive thing especially if you are making tinctures on moon cycles.

This last order of 2/16 brought an email on 2/20 stating my order was shipped on 2/20, Presidents Day and an invoice stated that it was shipped on 2/17, who knows when. Since I cant ever get them to tell me when it is really shipped and when I might expect it, I have given up.

Communication and honesty go a long ways and to bad I could never get that from them.
