Vanessa, Customer Care Department Paid for Product that was No Longer Available - Haven't gotten my money back

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7..
October 31st. I received a notice that the product was no long
available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles
(what the heck?) Now it is January 30 and I have STILL NOT
RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea
on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my
inquiries!" Their website "... Contact Us Wizard 24 hours a day - 7 days per week..." NO response
