Ripoff Their ads are mis - conceiving on how they are going to charge your account for the product you purchase

I purchase a year supply of their product on their Managed Direct Program. I read that it you charge my account $70 after the first shippment. My understanding was that they would charge my account $70.00 every two months till the total charge of $240 shipping was paid. My charge account was charge the entire amount and they will not give me a refund for an entire year. I think they are hoping you forget about it. They are telling me that if I am not satisfied with the product one year from now, I can receive a refund, but I can not before that time.

They told me that when you order on the internet, you can not receive refunds when you send the product back. If that was the case no one would order on the internet. I have sent product back many times that I have order over the internet because it wasn't what I wanted. I would like to try the product, but why do they have to send you the entire shipment at one time and why can't they deduct payments from your account so that it doesn't hit your account so badly?
