It seems that 24 Hour Fitness just continues to decline in value and service! They continue to "cut" services out and now they have gone to taking away even the soap.

I go to work after I work out and now found that 24-Hour has replaced their shower and hand soap with what feels and smells like 7-Up. The soap doesn't lather up and it smells terrible!

As I mentioned it at the "sales" counter, there were several kids who were hourly workers and could care less. They acted and looked like they didn't even know what soap was—they're paid by the hour, not customer service.

Come on, 24-Hour! Quit trying to run off your customers by cutting corners on soap. Try cutting some of the 20 kids that are working in the front instead.
