Dr. Lori Stole my money!

I placed on order - they took my money. I was sent a tracking number that did not link to anything. They would not respond to my email or phone call for days. When they finally did said there was nothing they could do about it. Are you kidding me - not quite the customer service friendly place. I asked to speak to the Doctor in charge and was told she was not available - very fishy... This is supposed to a prescription product. Would not advise anyone to try them.
