After spending much time signing up with Massage Envy on line, and getting a reply email confirming my appointment, the email stated a representative would contact me prior to my appointment. I was never contacted. When I called to confirm they denied ever having a request from me. Then they wanted me to become a member at cost and stated they would not honor my requested time. I went elsewhere with no hassles.
