Color peeling off frames

Bought a set of Ralph Lauren structures from Lenscrafters. After 1 5 years, the colour enamel is ripping off. Talked towards the supervisor in the Wellington FL shop and he or she explained that it had been over 12 weeks therefore there is nothing she might do by what she regarded "regular deterioration".
