Poor Product Quality

I bought a set of burberry structures in feb 08 about 220.in July I went set for an adjustment on Sunday. Mon morning I observed the sparkles privately had started to fall-off. I visited Lenscrafters Mon and reported towards the sales affiliate. She questioned just how long before I bought the structures. After I informed her only weeks before she proceeded to inform me oh this will depend the way you are taking care of the structures, and that I don't understand what type of work-you do. She continued to inform me-she had dropped a rock in her spectacles aswell, after I questioned just how long she'd her glassess she mentioned over annually. I believed to her well I'd just had my spectacles weeks and also the rocks shouldn't be slipping down. She continued to express when it had been because of the modification The rock shuts towards the contact could be eliminated. I'll never store at lenscrafters again!!! There items are also inexpensive and costly plus they truly dont care at-all about customer support
