Do not get Kaiser! We simply changed to Kaiser HMO regret it! My spouse have to visit a an OBGYN doctor, visited work waited for 3 hours and was not able to obtain a recommendation to determine the doctor. Today, they advised her she must go another area to obtain the refferal, then go another area to determine the physician. (We were like WOW) I create on and on, but main point here is -DO NOT GET KAISER-!
