Unknown unable to use the medicare part f policy I purchased from them

I bought a plan F medicare supplement from these guys and found out when I tried to use it they are only open 5 days a week and do not have 24 hour service. The authorization phone # is in Florida a 3 hour time difference. When the pharmacy tried to authorize covered medical experiences they were closed so I was asked to pay out of pocket which I do not have I am on permanent disability and have very little after I pay all my fixed expenses. I will have to wait until they see fit to open so I can get my medical supplies. I did a little checking and found every medicare supplement provider I called has a 24 hour authorization # and it is available every day of the year. I found a replacement plan thru AARP which is much cheaper and also includes discounted eye care and discounted dental. Unless you are going to use these guys services on the days and times they are open their coverage in my opinion is WORTHLESS!!!
