HCGXtreme or HCGXtremediet they are rip-offs because i've been trying to get my money back since first of sept. With no avail

I was researching something else when i came upon the hcgxtreme website. It really sounded almost too good and easy to be true.
. But i decided to order the trial bottle for only 4.95 shipping. Before i even got the trial bottle, they had already charged the shipping. I knew then that i probably screwed up, that was sept. 8th. I got the trial bottle somewhere around sept. 17th. Well i just happened to have a dr. Checkup the next day and i mentioned it to my dr. And she said she thought it might interact with all the prescription medicine and vitamins i was already on. Well, that is when i decided it would be best if i just sent it back without even trying it, that was on sept. 20th. But first i called them to tell them why i was sending it back and also was told i could send it back at my expense. I went on and did it like they said.
I thought everything was find even though i had lost 4.95 plus the 4.00 it took me to send it back. Then i checked my bank statement and seen the had charged my debit card for a additional 89.95 that is when i got immediately on the phone with them. They told me they hadn't received my trial bottle back. So i had to send them a copy of my receipt where i had sent it back. Then their excuse was that was not the receipt they needed to see. We went back and forth arguing about that when they finally said they would credit back my account for only 80.00. They were keeping the other 9.95 as a restocking fee. I finally told them to go ahead and keep that money. And needless to say, iam still waiting for my 80.00. I've called them several times, only for them to keep telling me that they are still are on going to credit my acct. I am really getting tired of waiting. I've threatened them with telling them i would turn them in to better business bureau. I just don. T know what else to do.
