Every time I call about the glasses they give me a different excuse as to why the glasses have not been delivered. I paid cash of $423.93 on Nov. 2nd 2005

I paid for Glasses for my son who is in the Central Utah Corectional Facility. He was having headaches and needed glasses. He (Jason) sent me the Prescription and I ordered him a pair of glasses. The price came to $423.93. I paid withe my debit card on November 2nd 2005. They sent him a pair of scratched glasses and said that they would send him another pair as soon as they could. It has been over 3 months and every time I call them they give me a different excuse as to why they have not been able to send him the glasses.

When I went in to Standard Optical to check on the status of the glasses the girl who pulled the file for Jason Hamblin started to read a hand written note on the file that said not to do anything unless the patient himself comes in. My son is in a corectional facility and cannot come in himself.
