- is advertising several products, on a daily basis, through various media, including "television advertising

- products include:
Altovis
Avlimil
Enzyte
Rogisen
Rovicid
Ogoplex

Illegal Advertising:
Named Merchants offer FREE 30-day sample with NO FULL DISCLOSURE in their advertisement that if you participate in the FREE offer, you will AUTOMATICALLY and WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE or AUTHORIZATION be enrolled in a "monthly program" (where they ship you product and bill your credit card every month - all without "Consumer knowledge" or "authorization").

NO FULL DISCLOSURE of SERIOUS and NEGATIVE side effects to the consumer's health.

Illegal Selling practice:
Named Merchant allows you to "cancel" monthly enrollment (online or by telephone), HOWEVER - they IGNORE your cancellation AND SHIP THEIR PRODUCT (billing the unsuspecting consumer - I have PROOF of my timely cancellation). Even when the cancellation occured immediately after the FREE product sample was received and found to be BAD with SERIOUS and NEGATIVE side effects to the consumer's health.

Their Customer Service has been "instructed" to REFUSE to take RETURNS and give the consumer any "bogus" reason to not accept returns.
