I have been to the Sullivan Centre in Columbus, Ohio a few times over the past 3 years. Most recently was October. I had a Juvaderm injection to my upper and lower lip, performed by Dr. Michael Sullivan at the Sullivan Centre. I showed a picture to Dr. Michael Sullivan. Plastic surgeon and also referenced someone in his office. Dr. Sullivan assured me that he could achieve the results I expected, however he did not achieve satisfactory results and will not stand behind his work.

I waited patiently for the swelling to go away, within 7 days the entire injection of Juvaderm was no longer visible in my lips. I went back to Dr. Michael Sullivan and he agreed that the injection had practically vanished.

In addition to the Juvaderm only lasting during the swollen period of 7 days, I also had creases/lines above my top lip which I did not have prior. Dr. Michael Sullivan tried to tell me that it was a wrinkle, a "wrinkle" that I did not have prior to this office visit or this injection! I shared with him my before and after pictures (which they do not take) and this "wrinkle" was not there. He suggest I wait a few more days so I did. However I visited Sullivan Centre 2 more times within a 3 week period for the same problem, the crease above my lip got worse. Dr. Michael Sullivan finally admitted that his injection caused this crease above my lip and admitted that the Juvaderm was not properly done to achieve the results we spoke about prior to the injection.

Dr. Michael Sullivan admitted that he made an error with the Juvaderm injection that caused the creases above my lip but will not refund my money! One Juvaderm injection at the Sullivan Centre in Columbus, Ohio cost $595.00.instead, he said to wait for a couple of months and he would do another injection.

Considering I am now embarrassed about the lines above my lip and feel insecure when someone looks at me, I will not go back to the Sullivan Centre to Dr. Michael Sullivan for any more injections. I have formally requested a refund and was told that he does not guarantee his services or any injections. I would assume that since the Sullivan Centre Dr. Michael Sullivan admitted to his mistake of an improper injection that he would stand behind his quality of service but he will not!

I have filed a complaint with Juvaderm about Dr. Michael Sullivan and the Sullivan Centre, I will also contact the FDA and the Ohio State Medical Board.

I would not recommend the Sullivan Centre in Columbus Ohio or Dr. Michael Sullivan for any cosmetic procedure.

I also visited the Sullivan Centre for a Botox injection in October. This injection also did not last for more than 45 days. Either the Sullivan Centre is not using quality products or Dr. Michael Sullivan does not know what he is doing. I am not certain of the quality of the fillers at the Sullivan Centre in Columbus, Ohio. I have had injections by other doctors not at this facility and never had any problems.

Very displeased with the quality of the product and service at the Sullivan Centre/Dr. Michael Sullivan.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE SULLIVAN CENTRE/Dr. Michael Sullivan. I got ripped off by the Sullivan Centre/Dr. Michael Sullivan.

If you are looking for great lasting results do not go to the Sullivan Centre or Michael Sullivan. Everyone I know is very pleased with the Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery Center.
