Took money, never delivered glasses

Requested 2 sets cups Nov. 11. Named 14 days later plus they explained these were prepared. Went it plus they informed me there is a downside within the contact plus they might reorder, and send them in my experience. On Dec 7 they explained they shipped them out. After I hadnot obtained them per week later, Kirsten explained the dog owner had shipped them-and didn't obtain a following number or guarantee the bundle, however they did send them-so they ought to appear. I told them I Would waited long enough, and with no evidence they delivered them out, I questioned when they actually delivered them. I asked for my $500. Back. Kristen told me these were just approved to consider cash, to not return it which she'd possess the operator contact me. Obviously he's not named, and that I don't have any spectacles and am out $500. They create no apologies, simply declare 'nicely, we delivered them out'. However they don't have any evidence, and wont return my income. Operator's title is Randy - who'd sent $500 of product with no bill? This location doesn't have ethics and it has cut me off.
