This company has done nothing to help

Following the demise of our dad, my cousin has attempted for more than 5 weeks to obtain the negotiation (part of) from Valic. There's been a run around, miss-information, and what I'd consider mess about the section of the corporation. There's been no apologies, modifications, simply more “passing of the buck” within this issue. It's still uncertain. On our conclusion - we've completed all which was requested uf us. Months ago…and been advised check is likely to be arriving a couple of days.

We've discovered this so-called life-insurance business has already established the incorrect successor outlined, and it'll remember to appropriate.

Please bear in mind we've created calls once per week for weeks now.

Following The incorrect successor record, have now been informed this procedure should begin once again using the initial demand. Why must my cousin endure due to their mess? She currently has thousand of bucks in fascination from outstanding charge cards. Is there-no time restrictions, or atleast a inspections and amounts to businesses that this to people? Nothing the corporation has been doing to assist.
