Aviva delivered me a life-insurance claim type as my cousin had handed down. Policy 825716n01. Sadly, this cousin is via a former relationship by having an exceptionally unpleasant breakup. Originally, these were simply waiting about the death certification, which my ex wife was certain to supply as she was also a successor about the plan.

Following A month or two of follow-up calls to Aviva to determine when they had all they required - then they advised me that I had been not really a successor which it'd been a mistake.

This uses weeks of my ex wife trying to eliminate me in the plan - first informing them I had been useless - after which undoubtedly doing some form of insurance scam to obtain me eliminated.

I'm calling the Insurance commissioner nowadays - and certainly will allow them examine the deceptive conduct more.
