Bally Total Fitness on WestBellfort/Corp. Office in Sugarland took $112.85 from me.

I was lied to when I signed up. My son was 4 months old when I joined. The rep told me he was old enough for the child care.

Come to find out when I went to workout he could not be accepted because he was not 6 months.

I called the corp office and wrote a letter. The supervisor stated he would refund my full amount of $112.85.

The $75 down payment and the $37.85 they withdrew out of my checking account.

It has been 3 months later and the supervisor never refunded my money, and he lied to the other parties involved in the refund.

He told them he did not say he would refund the money. The company is full of lies from the sales reps right on down to the supervisors. They keep your money then don't want to cancel your membership!

I had a legitimate reason I was lied to about my son being able to attend the child care there not allowing me to workout.

They only cancelled mine after numerous calls. But they kept my money!
