Avlimil - Wagner Pharmacuticals I ordered the avlimil sample only unauthorize additional shippments billing

After seeing the commercials I decided to call and order Avlimil. While on the phone the sales representative discussed various aspects of the product and the services they offer along with other types of product sold.

When I was told about the Managed care, I specificly stated I was not interested and that I was only authorizing the original 1 time debit to my account for the sample package which was shipping and handling.

I have since received a package of a 2 month supply with a printed post it note stating "If you have received this order in error". Know, they knowingly did not have authorization to bill me or ship me an additional order. They know this, that is why they put the note.

I called to return the package immediatly and to my shock and dismay they will not credit my account or take back the product.

They have fraudulently billed me. I am filing a complaint with the Cincinnatie Better Business Bureau, the TV station running the advertising along with my local new stations.
