I do not have any complaints about the office and the staff, but I do have a complaint about the deceit Dr Brian offers his patients when they first come in there. First, he is only about money and will tell you that (reading in between the lines of what he says), he gives you an estimate of what your settlement is worth, as if he has any legal backround, and then coerces you into coming back and getting all these treatments that are unnecessary, therefore, racking up a bill exceding the PIP amount on your auto insurance because HE KNOWS all that money is coming out of your settlement. Second, he makes you think the auto insurance pays the medical seperately which it doesn't. When all was settled and my lawyer contacted me about the amount I was getting, I was shocked. Dr Brian was about 90k off, and the rest of my settlement after lawyer fees... Went straight to Suncoast because he told me to keep coming back cause it will "look good for my case." He is complete a FRAUD!
