Over charge

My dad recently died at Swedith Cherry Hill from the huge stroke. Afterward, my mom settled all of the insurance expenses, but recognized after about 2 weeks that she'd fulfilled her insurance top-end and had overpaid by 1200.00. Calling Party Health, they approved the error, but never apologized and not did any kind of review to ensure these were charging properly. Quite simply, Class Health might have stored 1200.00 of my momis cash if she'd not found this by himself. That is unforgivable.
