Fraudulent credit card charges

I got out a temporary medical health insurance plan with Assurant health for that month of July.

I continued being charged $300 for that next 4 weeks till the month of March on my charge card. I never obtained a statement from Assurant and not approved them to create these breaks from my charge card.

I acquired about the telephone and spoke for them clarifying that since I have never registered for greater than a month of medical health insurance, had another insurance in the month of September and not utilized their health insurance they must return a few of the quantity.
