Don't like glasses

I purchased eyeglasses with my insurance and it still cost me 85.00. The glasses do not fit correctly. I went to the store soon after the purchase and they looked at me like I was crazy. The store manager acted like I was bothering her and she went to the back and never returned. Now I have glasses that don't fit and they are uncomfortable.
Very disappointed.
