Ripoff automatically shipped when told not to & bills card

I agreed to have them ship "free" product but told them specifically not to set me up for any automatic shipment. They did anyway and charged my card. When I called, they were rude and not at all helpful. The only recourse is to return product, wait for them to ship refund form, and they say they will refund 30 to 45 days after they receive form.
