Don Derbin ColoradoHealthPlans/Don Derbin owes me $90.00 for Telemarketing

Don Derbin / Colorado Health Plans hired me as a (work from home) Telemarketer for $12/hr. He then changed his mind to 'by appointment' only a week later. At that time, I opted out. People are not interested in his insurance as they have it via spouse or already working with an agent. I have copies of all emails exchanged. He had me contact his marketing phone numbers via Mojo Dialer. I want the $90.00 due to me.

He was to have mailed it to me by November 1st and I still have not received it as of today (November 6). Such emails, as listed below, indicates he does not want me to contact him for my money. He has called me a "Nag and Mindless" as well. I feel I'm due my $90 and should have to chase it. I was not an employee, I was a contractor. I'm tired of spinning my wheels and feel others should be aware of this. He obviously was upset because I chose not to work for 'appointment' only. I feel cheated and scammed by what I thought was a legitimate part time work from home position.

I have all emails entered into a PDF file for review and more than happy to forward to anyone to review.
