Dr. Taylor can get away with murder if he wants. There is nothing stopping him. Ken Taylor and his entire practice at Broward Institute of Orthopedic Specialities are negleting to carry malpractice insurance. When a doctor refuses to carry mal-practice, you know there is a good reason for it! I have firsthand experience with Dr. Taylor and mal-practice. When I filed my mal-practice claim, the first thing my attorney received back was notice that this group is not insured for mal-practice. Come to find out as time goes on, that the practice apparently does not have any assets either. The doctors in the group supposedly owe their assets to someone else, making any kind of retribution impossible. I got offered a few thousand dollars to go away and I had no choice. I could not afford to fight for what I truely deserved. My body will not ever be the same. I have to live with that for the rest of my life. The way Dr. Taylor and his group practice medicine is unethical and unfair.
