I put an order for 2 "in-stock" products. Our charge card cost was prepared 24 hours later, but fourteen days later I obtained an email stating one product was sold-out and wondering what direction to go. I required a reimbursement for that out-of-inventory item as well as for them to deliver the in stock product. It's now been another week, and that I haven't acquired the reimbursement. I also provide no sign the additional product has delivered. Emails have gone unanswered, and also the telephone number usually would go to voicemail. I don't suggest using the services of the corporation.
