Dr. Rosaline Olangley Fraser Impossible To Contact / A Serious Health Concern

This is office is terrible the wait times are outrageous. Charts are constantly missing. Then after requested can not be found. When lab work is done, you can't get the results, another patients records were accidently mailed. Personal info even the last 4 digits of their SS. The guy there speaks english but it is diffcult to understand what he's saying. He's constantly trying to reassure you that you won't have long to wait. But he's the one who been scheduling patients. Then I see people walking in off the street and are seen. It's crazy, the Doc's rarely there. Although at first she seems nice. She is never there. And never returns calls. Then when you finaly want to change doc's you can't cuz they can't find your chart. Correspondence and prescription medication take forever to get. Please don't be a diabetic or serioiusly need some sort of medication you can't live without because you will just be dead. Worst office Iv'e even seen but then again I've never lived in a thrid world country.
