Inc. Dishonest and deceptive

Just read the previous consumer complaints and found it amazing how I could recieve a letter in the mail from the same company, with a new address, one year after Everett M.'s report, and ALSO be Test Participant #731. Not only do they want you to give them $50 to be a "test subject", but they still require you to purchase the product.

I live in the Boston area and there are radio ads, every once in a while, looking for people to participate in clinical studies for world reknowned hospitals and Universities, such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Tufts Medical School, and Harvard Medical School. They supply the treatment being tested AND they usually provide travel allowance as well as a $300-$800 stipend for participating.

I do not believe The LipoBan Clinic Inc. To be reputable, in my opinion. If it were, and the product worked like they say it does, they would be world famous and be on CNN, 20/20, Dateline NBC, etc. Non-stop. The truth is you can't loose weight if you don't exercise and eat right.

I'm not going to tell anyone not to use the product; that's up to the indivdual to make their own decision. I just want people to be able to make a more informed decision.
