Ripoff no refund false advertizing

I answered an ad that read: "Let us pay you cash to lose your excess weight and inches. "I was chosen to be a participant for testing the LipoBan diet pill. I sent my money in ($59.95 plus shipping & handling for a total of $67.00). I followed their plan as instructed and even started an exercise program while taking this pill. I did not lose any weight so returned the questionnaire (which I had to have notarized) and the empty bottle of LipoBan and requested a refund. Never heard anything from them so I wrote to the LipoBan clinic, only to have it returned to me saying "LipoBan moved, left no address, unable to forward, return to sender." Have called only to hear the number had been disconnected. How do I go about getting my money back?
