This company is in violation of malpractice, fraud, etc

This company is a fraud. I signed up for laser treatment and now that I have become a lifetime member they have intentionally cancelled my appointments to void my lifetime status. My appointments have been cancelled six times already. I have been faithful with attending all of my treatments and adhering to all the recommended guidelines. They have given me five different reasons for cancelling these appointments. The managers, secretaries, corporate managers, and practitioners have a high turnover. I tried calling the patient coordintator, manager, patient relations advocate, and the practitioner and have had no luck. Documentation of their records are usually fabricated. Last time I went to my appt. Which was confirmed the same day, I was told that I was not on the schedule. My friend was called to come in place of my appointment, because someone had cancelled. When I addressed my concerns regarding their cancellation of my appointment, the mall security was dispatched. They also contacted the police as well. When I asked for copies of my record, I was told to sign a medical release that was given to the officer. I have never been so humiliated in my life. The form states that if I agree to two free laser treatments then my lifetime membership would be void. How impressive? I paid a lot of money for my treatment and this is their way of thanking me. How impressive? What they don't know is that I am a doctor and I am very familiar with the proper standard of care. This company is in violation and will not survive much longer.
