Placed on order on their website on 9/9. As of 9/26 I have not received a thing, yet they charged my credit card on 9/10. I did not receive a confirmation, yet the order shows online when I log in. It has not shipped and has no indication of back orders or ship date. They ignore my many emails, faxes and the phone hangs up on you and tells you to email for customer service. There is no way to contact them, they just take the money and do not deliver the goods. They are a scam, Stay Away!!!
