Pharmacy Cards
Ripoff cashed a check supposedly authorized by me with my routing and account numbers on it

Ripped off by company known as Pharmacy Cards, who sent a letter to the wrong address, my name misspelled, and the rep told me when I called to complain that, when I failed to answer, they "assumed" I wanted the card, and, thru Marketing Partners, they got my account info and charged me $139.
I have been round and round with the people at the bank, because they say they have no way of knowing I didn't authorize the charge. My account is now in arrears $130 because an authorized charge came thru the day after the $139 charge. I have since complained to a NY State assemblyman, who is forwarding my complaint to the FTC, and have sent in a written form to the State Attorney General's Office. I have not heard back, yet.
