No refund

Positioned and purchase for just two products. One was delivered, another back-ordered. They stopped it without informing me but I had been billed nonetheless. Nevertheless no reimbursement after 2 1/2 weeks. They're difficult to contact. Lastly I acquired a live person. He explained my $ could be returned. It'snot. Don't buy from these folks. It'd be better-they walk out company. Excessively upset.
