Scam artist!

I came to this spa exactly ONCE in 2008 to tan. They tried to sell some contract to me for like $80 a month (I don't remember the exact amount.) I declined, payed for my tan, and left. I;ve never been back since.

I received a phone call a few minutes ago from a collection agency stating I am responsible for nearly $2000 in charges to this place for a contract I signed??!! I asked for a copy of the signed contract which is being mailed to me. I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACTI KNOW THIS FOR A FACT.

I tried to call the shop and speak with the owner Melissa. Of course she isn't even a recorded voice mail message... Probably not even a real person. I am off to spread the word about this place and a report to the BBB. Warning got all: You better not go in there for any reason unless you pay them some huge contract. Otherwise 3 years later you will be getting collection calls too.
