Pride Mobility Quantum 6000z wheelchair is dangerous

I purchased a Quantum 6000z wheelchair from Pride Mobility Corp.in November and in January of my foot fell of the foot rest and was crushed under the front caster. The foot rest for this wheelchair is poorly designed, when you hit a bump there is a chance that your foot will fall off the footrest.

The front casters are so big and so close to the foot rest that once your foot is off the foot rest it is swept under the wheelchair. I am paralyzed and didn't know my foot fell off the foot rest until it was too late. Pride refuses to acknowledge this design flaw and blames me for the injury.
