Sent products not ordered, reneged on agreement

The product this company produces to reduce or eliminate dark circles under eyes is 100% ineffective. I called and asked them to send no further shipments after the free trial, and the request was ignored, and another shipment was sent.
After calling customer service the rep. Would not take no for an answer, and insisted i keep the product and continue to give it time. Reluctanly, I did. He promised an extension of the trial period, with a full refund if not completely satisfied.
After this extension there continued to be no results whatsoever. I called customer service asking for my refund, and was given some -double speak about how that would not be possible.
Stay away from this scam. Free trial offers for worthless products can be very costly.
