Refusal to pay rebate

I've twice delivered the refund forms, bills, finish tabs etc. Towards the Benefit Multiple $20/$50 Rebate Present in El Paso, TX. Both occasions they've declined my refund ($50) simply because they claim used to do not range from the bills from my Professional Hospital. They're officially proper since I did not buy the item from my vet center, I bought on line from Dr. Foster and Jones site and provided their receipt/bill displaying my info, price, amount bought and every information that's usually identified on a merchant's receipt. Nowhere within the refund supply does it suggest that the merchandise should be bought from the Professional Hospital. Our vet needed to approve the buy from Dr. Foster and Johnson as the product takes a prescription in FL.

The very first denial mentioned that I'd not posted "the revenue bill from your own purchase" the 2nd denial mentioned that I'd not posted "the bill from your own Professional Hospital as needed."

They choose to not supply any contact info except the PO Box Tackle in El Paso, Texas no telephone, no mail.
