Complete Send-Off... Buyer Beware!

Let's all band together on this people... Axiology Aesthetics is taking peoples hard earned money, and they are running the other direction after weeks of the run around. I was recently dooped for $2100, and am now paying the credit card balance even though the services I was promised have yet to be delivered.

In late June I met with a consultant named Monica, who appeared very nice. She acted as though she was giving me a deal, and I walked out very happy with 7 Photo Facials, & Glycolic Peels in between Photo treatments. The first two appointment were wonderful, and I was eager to see the end results with time... And then...

I was alerted on August 2nd that my next day appointment was to be cancelled because the Tech / Aesthetician who was doing the procedures had a "family emergency." Ohhh No I thought, I hope she's ok, because she seems really nice... I was told in that message that I would be contacted to reschedule the next day. Never happened, so I decided to call the # on my appointment card. A message saying they were having phone issues stated that I leave a detailed message, as they were checking the voice mail dilligently throughout the day, Yeah Right...

After leaving my name and # several times over a week or so, I contacted the # on the original ad that I found in the Sun Times Red Eye news paper. Finally, I spoke with a lady named Kristie or something, and she said that she would call the office directly, and assured me that the tech had a family issue. Ok... It gets better... So now another few days go by, so I call Kristie (or whatever her name is) back, and told her the Oak Brooke office phone system is still down. I asked her, "are they going out of buisness or something?" Now the attitude in her voice became tense I noticed. I asked how a business could completely shut down because one tech has a family emergency? She assured me that I was making a false accusation. Right I thought...

I called my new friend Kristie back a few days later to annoy her again lol. Now I was more firm and fed up, and stated I wanted to speak to her trained monkey boss. No I didn't really say that, but she told me I could consider it handeled that she would shoot him an email, and that I wouldn't hear from him for at least a week. "NO" I said. "I would like a contact number." She stated that she wouldn't give me his personal #, I asked for an office #, HMMmmmmmm. That was over one week ago.

This week all the office #'s in the Chicago area are turned off. They have an "F" rating according to the Better Buisness Bureau. I filed seperate complaints so far with the BBB, Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce (who they aren't registered with btw), and Lisa Maddigan's office. Suggest you all do the same. All #'s can be found on-line. Oak Brooke Chamber of Commerse people contacted the building owner who they rent from. He stated as of today there is a note on the door that states they will re-open after Labor Day. I have stopped by several times, so that is new. I wont be holding my breath on that one either.

They have an extensive history on BBB website so check it out. Were also on the news years ago as scammers. Let's get together people... They messed with the wrong hard working woman... I'm ready to handle this, are you as well?
