Overcharge, can not use due to tooth sensativity, won't refund

My husbans say this item on the Today show and thought it might help som staining on his fron teeth

I ordered the product via the internet. The price was stated as @25.00

What arrived was a whitening system and the brush. He was charged 49.85 although the charges on the invoice came to $14.00 (S & P price.)

Call to the company, answered in far East was not only uncessful, but also very stressful for him.

Bottom line, they refuse to accept a return although it clearly states, on the invoice, to call the included phone number.
